Grad Talks: Learning to Say No: Setting Boundaries as a Grad Student

As graduate students it can often be difficult to say "no" to requests from supervisors, lab/group members or colleagues. Join us for an interactive workshop and discussion about the communication and negotiation skills that will help you to say “yes” to what you need, and “no” to what might not be in your best interests. If you are interested in developing strategies for maintaining healthy and beneficial academic boundaries, we look forward to meeting you! Presented by the G2G Peer Advisors from the Graduate Conflict Resolution Centre. Pizza will be available.
